Our facility is equipped exclusively with OMAX® waterjet systems, proudly manufactured in Seattle, Washington, USA. By utilizing OMAX's proprietary Intelli-MAX® software, we can efficiently import and process most DXF files, allowing for fast, accurate production from your CAD designs.

Our Waterjet Capabilities

We operate three OMAX waterjet machining centers to accommodate projects of virtually any size:

• OMAX 80X160 – Features an 80" × 160" cutting envelope, capable of processing full-size material sheets up to 48" × 144".
• OMAX 55100 – Provides a 55" × 100" cutting envelope, ideal for standard 48" × 96" (8-foot) sheets.
• OMAX 2626/26X52 – Offers a 26" × 52" cutting envelope, accommodating materials up to 24" × 52".

Material Capacity

We machine a wide variety of materials and specialize in thick-section cutting while maintaining exceptionally tight tolerances. Our capabilities include:

• Cutting steel up to 6 inches thick
  
• Cutting aluminum up to 8 inches thick
  
• Processing materials weighing up to 1,500 lbs (680 kg)
• Precision cutting of complex geometries directly from most DXF CAD files
