At Performance Water Jet, our in-house milling capabilities allow us to produce highly accurate and detailed components tailored to your exact specifications. Working alongside Performance Water Jet, R.H. Pattern brings more than 40 years of programming and milling experience, combining proven craftsmanship with advanced machining capabilities. Whether your project requires a single custom component or a large-scale production run, our experienced team is committed to delivering precision and reliability at every stage.
Our facility features a Haas VF-3YT machining center with an 8,100 RPM spindle speed and a cutting envelope of 40" × 26" × 25", enabling us to efficiently manufacture high-quality parts with exceptional accuracy and consistency.
To further expand our machining capabilities, we utilize the FlexArm Inc. RNR-20 pneumatic tapping arm, which supports threading from #6-32 to 7/8" SAE and metric sizes from 4 mm to 22 mm. The system maintains perpendicularity throughout the tapping process for precise, straight threads, while its adjustable clutch helps reduce tap breakage and protect part quality across a wide range of materials and applications.
